Annual Meeting 2021
Update from ITSNJ President Andrew J. Tunnard

Dated: September 27, 2021

Greeting ITS NJ Members,

I hope this communication finds you safe and healthy as we continue to deal with COVID, the variants and all the challenges this unprecedented pandemic has presented to all of us.

I am writing to you today to let you know that because of the ongoing uncertainties of the pandemic, and out of an abundance of caution, we have made the difficult decision to change our scheduled in-person 2021 Annual Meeting on October 22nd, to an expanded virtual meeting.  This virtual meeting will take place on October 22nd from 11:30 am – 1 pm.  Going forward we are planning to resume our in-person Annual Meeting in the fall of 2022.

In addition to our normal Board Meeting activities, you will have the opportunity to hear remarks from ITS America President and CEO, Laura Chace, as well as, New Jersey Assemblyman Daniel R. Benson, Transportation and Independent Authorities Committee Chair.

Thank you to our current Sponsors!

For those of you that already paid for sponsorships (see above), thank you for your continued support.  Our Administrator will be reaching out to each of you to go over the options we can offer for those funds.  In addition, if you are still interested in being a sponsor of the virtual Board Meeting, please visit the website to do so.  Please note that any sponsors that support the Board Meeting will automatically have their sponsorship applied to our 2022 in-person annual meeting.  We will, however, be returning the individual registration fees.  For those who paid by credit card, please be on the lookout for your refunds.  For those who paid by check, we will mostly likely be returning those checks to you.

On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through the details of our upcoming meetings.
