ITSNJ Annual Meeting: October 9, 2024

The Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday October 9th at the Westin Forrestal Village in Princeton, NJ.  This year's theme is "Smart & Safe Transportation."  Be sure to mark your calendar and save the date!

Here are some key dates and details for you as we get ready for our biggest event:

  • June 15: Deadline to Submit Technical Presentation Abstract
  • June 15: Nominations for Awards open
  • June 30: Early Registration Opens
  • August 15: Deadline for Sponsors and Exhibitors to sign up
  • August 15: Deadline to Submit Award nominations
  • September 1: Late Registration Fees kick in
  • September 15: Deadline or Student abstracts

Call for Abstracts is now open!
Submit an abstract to present at the 2024 Annual Meeting. Technical abstracts are due June 15.
Students may submit abstracts through September 15th.
